RELATES TO: KRS 325.230, 325.240 STATUTORY AUTHORITY: KRS 325.240 CERTIFICATION STATEMENT: NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY: To elect officers of the State Board of Accountancy of Kentucky. Section 1. The annual election of officers of the board shall be held at the meeting immediately preceding July 1st of each year.
