Members

A. The board shall be composed of six members, appointed or elected, serving terms in accordance with the provisions of the authority stated in §503. B. Any member desiring to resign from the board shall submit his/her resignation, in writing by registered mail, to The Louisiana Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects, Inc., with a copy addressed to the chairperson of the board. The effective date of resignation shall be the date of registered mailing to The Louisiana Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects, Inc. C. The filling of a board vacancy for the unexpired term due to resignation, death, or removal from office by just cause, shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the authority stated in §503.
