Meetings

A. The board shall meet according to a schedule established by the board, at the call of the chairman, and as otherwise provided by the board. B. Notice of meetings shall be given to board members and to the general public in accordance with R.S. 42:7. C. All meetings of the board shall be open, except as otherwise provided by law.
