Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
(a) The commission shall hold its meetings in accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. The chairman may cancel meetings. (b) The chairman may call special or emergency meetings of the commission whenever he determines that such meetings are necessary. (c) Notice of meetings shall be provided to members of the commission and to the public in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act. (d) A quorum of the commission shall be present at a meeting in order for business of the commission to be conducted. (e) Minutes of meetings shall be kept in accordance with the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act. (Adopted effective November 4, 2002)
