R4-23-102. Meetings A. The Board shall hold not less than four meetings per fiscal year to conduct general business and interview permit an d license applicants. B. A special meeting of the Board may be held at any time subject to the call of the President or a majority of the Boar d members and in compliance with the notification requirement s of A.R.S. § 38-431.02.
