12:21:01:07. Maximums and minimums. Aggregate financing to an eligible applicant under the program may not exceed six hundred and forty-nine thousand dollars, plus an adjustment for inflation using the methodology in 26 U.S.C. § 147(c)(2)(H) (December 31, 2024).
