MARKINGS

Each storage container must be labeled in a clearly legible and conspicuous manner with the appropriate grade or guaranteed analysis of the contents of the storage container. An identification sign must be displayed in a clearly legible and conspicuous manner stating the name, address, and telephone number of the nearest agent, representative, owner, or person who operates the facility.
