A dealer shall furnish a copy of the contract or franchise required by Minnesota Statutes, section 327B.04 , subdivision 4, clause (b), to the commissioner. The dealer shall notify the commissioner within 14 days of the time when a contract or franchise expires or becomes void. Statutory Authority: MS s 327B.10
