R4-24-312. Mandatory Reporting Requirement A. As required by A.R.S. § 32-3208, an applicant or licensee who is charged with a misdemeanor involving conduct that may affect patient safety or a felony shall provide written notice of the charge to the Board within 10 working days after the charge is filed. B. An applicant or licensee may request a list of reportable misdemeanors from the Board.
