Ahp 212.03 Mandatory Pre-Hearing Disclosure of Witnesses and Exhibits. At least 5 days before the hearing, the parties and intervenors shall provide to the other parties and intervenors: (a) A list of witnesses intended to be called at the hearing; (b) A list of documents and exhibits intended to be offered as evidence at the hearing; and (c) A copy of each document intended to be offered as evidence at the hearing.
