80-3-8-.02 Livestock Markets Considered Contaminated. All livestock markets are considered as being contaminated with infectious and contagious diseases of livestock and are hereby designated as quarantined areas and all livestock moved from livestock markets shall comply with rules and regulations approved by the State Board of Agriculture and Industries governing the operation of livestock markets.
