The racing secretary must: (7-1-24) 01. Examine Entry Blanks. Examine all entry blanks and declarations to verify information as set forth therein; (7-1-24) 02. Select Horses. Select the horses to start and the also eligible horses from the declarations in accordance with Racing Commission rules. (7-1-24)
