Limitations on Public Participation

Agr 205.06 Limitations on Public Participation. The commissioner or his designee presiding over a hearing shall: (a) Refuse to recognize for speaking or revoke the recognition of any person who: (1) Speaks or acts in an abusive or disruptive manner; (2) Fails to keep comments relevant to the proposed rules that are the subject matter of the hearing; or (3) Restates more than once what he or she has already stated. (b) Limit presentations on behalf of the same organization or entity to no more that 3, provided that all representatives of said organization or entity enter their names and addresses into the record as supporting the position of the organization or entity.
