Alc 403.02 Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). LADCs who wish to renew their license shall: (a) Comply with the supervision requirements described in Alc 405 or, if applicable, the peer collaboration requirements described in Alc 408.01(a); (b) Comply with the continuing education requirements described in Alc 409.02; (c) Complete and submit “Universal Application for License Renewal” required by Plc 304.01(a)(1) and the “LADC and MLADC Addendum to the Universal Application for License Renewal”; and (d) Pay the renewal fee required by Plc 1002.03 and professional’s health program fee required by Plc 1001.08.
