(1) The filing date for an application for licensure is the postmark date of the application or the date the application is received and date stamped by the Division, whichever is earlier. (2) Except as otherwise provided by statute, rule, or order, the requirements for licensure are the requirements in effect on the filing date of the application. (3) The issuance date for a license is the date the approval is input into the Division's electronic licensure database. (4) Under Subsection 58-1-301(1)(b)(ii)(B), other satisfactory evidence of an applicant's identity is: (a) an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN); (b) an Alien Registration Number (A-number); or (c) for an applicant who has never been issued a social security number, Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), or Alien Registration Number (A-number): (i) an unexpired government-issued passport from the applicant's country of residence; and (ii) an intent-to-hire letter from a Utah-based employer.
