A. A licensee shall not grow, handle, process, or store industrial hemp in any structure that is used or appears to be used for residential purposes. B. A licensee shall not grow, handle, process or store industrial hemp in any outdoor field or site that is located within 1,000 feet of a school, daycare or similar public areas frequented by children as determined by LDAF. C. An applicant may not apply for a license to grow, cultivate, handle, or process industrial hemp on property that is not owned or leased by that applicant.
