All tanks or other containers of liquid commercial fertilizer for direct application to the soil shall have attached, in a manner approved by the Commissioner of Agriculture, a label showing the following: (1) the name and address of the person guaranteeing registration; (2) the brand; (3) the grade; (4) the guaranteed analysis in the order and form required in 106-660 of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
