Label information as required in North Dakota Century Code section 4.1-41-06 is to be placed as follows: 1. The information required in subsections 1 and 2 of North Dakota Century Code section 4.1-41-06 and a purpose statement must appear in its entirety on the principal display panel. 2. The information required in subsections 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 of North Dakota Century Code section 4.1-41-06 must be displayed in a prominent place on the feed tag or label, but not necessarily on the principal display panel. When a precautionary statement is required but does not appear on the principal display panel, it must be referenced on the principal display panel with a statement such as "see back of label for precautions". 3. The information required to appear on the label may not be subordinated or obscured by other statements or designs. History: Effective July 1, 2020.
