Any campaign committee or other reporting entity that engages in a joint fund-raising activity shall do the following: (A) Require each contributor who desires to make a contribution to more than one participant to write a separate check or make a separate contribution to each participant in the joint fund-raiser subject to the contribution limits in section 3517.102 of the Revised Code; (B) Report all contributions received in its name or for its benefit on Form 31-E; (C) Return any check or contribution made payable to more than one participant. Expenses for a joint fund-raising activity shall be equally divided among all participants in the activity and reported accordingly, unless agreed otherwise by the participants.
