12:68:15:09. Issuance of license. The board shall issue licenses under §§ 12:68:15:07 and 12:68:15:08 upon receiving a completed application form, the fee, the inspection form, and assurance that the establishment is in compliance with the provisions of the SDCL chapter 39-5.
