ISOLATION OF PACKAGING AND GRADING OPERATION

Dressed poultry may be graded and packaged in the killing, roughing, pinning, chilling, and packing room; however, such poultry shall be graded and packed in an area of the room which is well isolated from the killing and roughing operation.
