8–175. Investigations and Hearings. Investigation of a complaint alleging a violation of Section 40–1–110 or S.C. Code Reg. 8–170 shall be conducted in accordance with Section 40–1–80. Any hearing that is conducted as a result of an investigation must be conducted in accordance with Section 40–1–90. After a hearing and a determination by the Council that one or more of the grounds for discipline exist, the Council may impose sanctions in accordance with Section 40–1–120.
