Official Compilation of the Rules and Regulations of the State of Georgia
In order to maintain proper accountability for non-expendable property and equipment, each Commission must maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory on all property owned by the Commission. A copy of the inventory should be kept in the Commission office and a copy sent to the Department for inclusion in their files. Authority: O.C.G.A. 2.8-1, et seq. History.
