All live domestic cervidae moving from one premises to another premises within the state of Idaho must be officially identified, except calves during the year of birth accompanying their dam, and accompanied by: (3-15-22) 01. Intrastate Movement Certificate. All intrastate movements of live domestic cervidae, including movement from one (1) premises to another premises owned, operated, leased, or controlled by the same person, must be reported to ISDA on the annual inventory form, due Dec. 31st in the calendar year the movement occurred.
