12–723. Interdepartmental Transfer (IDT) Vouchers. A. Description: Prepared and used by an agency to request transfer of funds to another agency to pay for services rendered. Information includes voucher number, date, payee, charged to, warrant number and date, authorization, official title of person authorizing payment, organizational number, fiscal year, account number, account with, transaction code, amount charged, and total amount charged. Accounting transactions have been captured in the Statewide Accounting and Reporting System of the Comptroller General’s Office. Selected records generated by this system are scheduled to be retained permanently in the State Archives through the Comptroller General’s Office. B. Retention: 3 years; destroy.
