(a) The inspection of all information technology personal property and the making of physical tests of submitted samples and samples of deliveries to determine whether or not the specifications are being complied with shall be made in the manner prescribed by the CIO. (b) Any item, which fails in any way to meet the terms of the contract, is subject to rejection. Any decision of the CIO pertaining to any such failure or rejection shall be final and binding. (Adopted effective August 9, 2004)
