Inspections and copying

Rule 61. (1) Public inspection and copying of registrations, statements, and reports filed with and in the custody of the department shall take place during regular business hours in a department office designated by the secretary of state. (2) A list of inspection and copying procedures and a schedule of charges for copying shall be posted in the department office where filings are available for public inspection.
