“Initial financing statement” defined

NAC 104.130 “Initial financing statement” defined. ( NRS 104.9526 ) “Initial financing statement” means a UCC document which contains the information required to be included in an initial financing statement and which causes the filing officer to establish the initial record of the existence of a financing statement.
