Information to local employers

The department will provide guidance and support to local administrators in the adoption, implementation and administration of the health benefits program. The department shall furnish local employers with any and all information necessary for any reports the local employer is required to file with any federal or state agency as well as any information necessary for meeting the qualification or nondiscrimination rules under the Internal Revenue Code which may be applicable to such plans.
