5–5. Information Reports. 1. Information Reports. All persons subject to the provisions of this Marketing Order shall make and render such reports and furnish such information to the Board as may be necessary or required under the Act or this Marketing Order to effectuate the purpose thereof. Any information obtained by any person pursuant to the provisions of this regulation shall be confidential and shall not be disclosed to any other person save to a person with like right to obtain the same or any attorney employed by the Board to give legal advice thereon or by court order.
