INFANT FORMULA STANDARD OF QUALITY

(a) Infant formula shall not be sold, held for sale or offered for sale after the "use by" date appearing on the label. (b) For the purpose of this Rule, "infant formula" shall have the same meaning as in the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act at 21 United States Code, Section 321.
