Acp 105.02 Ineligibility to Participate. (a) A board member shall not be eligible to vote on or substantively participate in matters pertaining to: (1) His or her own license application or renewal application; (2) Any other matter regarding his or her license; and/or (3) Any matter coming before the board in which the member has a personal, professional, or financial interest including, but not limited to, any matter involving not only the board member, but also a spouse, parent, child, or business partner, or a business investment. (b) The board member shall promptly disclose to the board any such interest and shall recuse himself or herself from participating in board deliberations or actions pertaining to that matter.
