R3-2-404. Importation, Manufacture, Sale, and Distribution of Biologics A. Any person importing, manufacturing, selling, or distributing any biologic intended for diagnostic or therapeutic treatment of animals shall request, in writing, permission from the State Veterinarian. B. The State Veterinarian shall not approve the importation, manufacture, sale, or distribution of any biologic that will interfere with the state’s animal disease control programs.
