NAC 62H.100 Identification number for referred child. ( NRS 62H.200 ) 1. Each juvenile court and local juvenile probation department shall assign an identification number to each child referred to the court or department. The identification number must be unique to the child. 2. If a child who has previously been assigned an identification number pursuant to this section is referred to a juvenile court other than the court that assigned the previous number, the juvenile court shall assign a new identification number to the child and report to the Division all identification numbers previously assigned to the child.
