Agr 903.04 Honey Grades. The grades for honey shall be those as promulgated by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Service, (AMS), as provided in “United States Standards for Grades of Extracted Honey”, AMS 52, effective May 23, 1985 available as noted in Appendix II.
