12:02:10:03. Health requirements for dogs and cats on exhibit. All dogs for exhibition must be accompanied by a health certificate signed by a licensed accredited veterinarian within 30 days before entry to the South Dakota State Fair. The health certificate shall indicate the dates of vaccination for rabies, canine distemper, and canine parvovirus. All vaccines must be current. All cats for exhibition must be accompanied by a health certificate signed by a licensed accredited veterinarian within 30 days before entry to the South Dakota State Fair.
