80-3-17-.17 Hatcheries And Slaughtering Establishments To Be Separated. Public hatcheries, including establishments operating incubator equipment, chick brooders and chick holding rooms, shall not be maintained or operated in the same building, or within close proximity thereto, with any poultry dressing, killing, processing or slaughtering establishments.
