21—45.17(206) Guarantee of pesticide. 45.17(1) Any manufacturer or distributor or other person residing in the United States may furnish to any person to whom it sells a pesticide a guarantee that the pesticide was lawfully registered at the time of sale and delivery to such person, and that the pesticide complies with all the requirements of the Act and rules herein. 45.17(2) No reference to or suggestion that a guarantee of registration has been given shall be made in the labeling of any pesticide.
