Grounds for Refusal

(1) The filing office shall refuse a record for each applicable ground as set forth in UCC Section 9-516, Section 70A-9a-516, and will not refuse a record for any other reason. (2) A record that does not provide an address that meets the requirements set forth in Subsection R154-2-100(2) does not provide a mailing address as required by UCC Section 9-516, Section 70A-9a-516.
