Grant application process

1. The applicant shall complete an application form and submit it to the aeronautics commission by the deadline established by the commission. 2. The applicant may amend its application at any time before the application deadline. After the application deadline, the applicant may amend its application only upon the approval of the commission staff. 3. The applicant must amend its application if it is aware of any new or previously undisclosed information that is materially relevant to the project. Failure to do so may result in denial of the application or recoupment of any grant funds awarded to the applicant. History: Effective April 1, 2016.
