Golden buckeye program: eligibility requirements for persons.

Any person who meets one of the following sets of requirements is eligible for a golden buckeye card: (A) The person is a resident of Ohio who is sixty years of age or older. (B) The person is a resident of Ohio who is between eighteen and fifty-nine years of age and is a person with a disability.
