General Rule (Rule 90)

It is an unfair and deceptive act or practice for a seller to advertise a going-out-of-business sale, unless the circumstances are in fact true and the going-out-of-business sale prices for goods or services are in fact lower than the regular prices of such goods or services. (3-31-22)
