R2-8-402. General Procedures In computing any time period, parties shall exclude the day fro m which the designated time period begins to run. Parties shall include the last day of the period unless it falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday. When the time period is 10 days or less, parties shall exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.
