0240-05-07-.03 GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT.

(1) Austin Peay State University shall follow all rules of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regarding the use of remotely piloted Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), also commonly referred to as drones, as well as assist in reasonably ensuring the safety and privacy of

students, faculty, staff and visitors, while also encouraging learning, as it relates to UAS use on the campuses owned or occupied by Austin Peay State University, to the best of its ability.
