General Education Criteria Applicable to Pre-Licensing Education and Continuing Education

(1) A class hour is 60 minutes of which at least 50 minutes are instruction attended by the student. (2) The prescribed number of class hours includes time for examinations. (3) Experience may not be substituted for education, and education may not be substituted for experience.
