General Authority and Purpose

A. The following rules and regulations, procedures and fees replace, supersede and cancel all rules and regulations, procedures and fees adopted by the Department of Agriculture and Forestry prior to the effective date of these rules. B. These rules and regulations are designed to provide the proper atmosphere for the enjoyment and protection of facilities and the safety of visitors.
