Auc 103.04 Functions of the Board. (a) The board shall, with the approval of the secretary of state, adopt rules for: (1) Registrations; (2) Renewals; (3) Disciplinary action; (4) the qualifications of applicants; (5) the establishment of fees; (6) Ethical and professional standards; (7) Conduct of hearings; (8) Content of license and renewal applications; and (9) any other matters related to the proper administration of RSA 311‑B. (b) In addition to rulemaking, the board's functions include licensing qualified auctioneers and the investigation and adjudication of complaints against licensees.
