The petition for school district reorganization through dissolution shall be in the following form: PETITION FOR SCHOOL DISTRICT REORGANIZATION THROUGH DISSOLUTION WE, THE UNDERSIGNED qualified voters of the __________________ School District No. _________, petition that the school board of the ________________ School District No. _________ develop a reorganization plan dissolving the school district by attaching to another district or districts pursuant to SDCL 13-6 and that an election be held on the plan.
