A. The Secretary shall develop and issue forms and instructions annually which enable units and instrumentalities of State government, other than those identified in Regulation .03B, to comply with the requirements of this chapter. B. The Secretary shall request, by June 1 of each year, a fiscal year annual report of personal records. The report shall be due within 60 days of the Secretary's request.
