Agr 2204.02 Flower Seeds Subject to Germination Labeling Requirements and Germination Standards. (a) The kinds of flower seeds listed in Table 2200-2 below shall be subject to the standard testing procedures required by Agr 2201.01 and shall be labeled in accordance with the germination labeling provisions of RSA 433:2; For other kinds, it shall be the percentage germination. (c) A mixture of kinds of flower seeds shall be considered to be below the germination standard if the germination of any kind or combination of kinds constituting 25 percent or more of the mixture by number is below standard for the kind or kinds involved.
